Starting Juauary 1st, 2022, orders placed through Zendure EU will use local warehouses for delivery, 3-7 days delivery time.

We currently ship to the following countries: most EU countries like Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

  • Free standard shipping.
  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Shipping Time excludes time for processing your order between 1 to 3 days before shipping.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.
  • Track your package via tracking platform.
  • We will do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required if there are issues resolving the delivery address or clearing customs.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
  • If your order hasn't arrived after more than 21 days, please contact us or submit a ticket directly. We recommend contacting customer support within 180 days of the purchase date.
  • Zendure is not responsible for the loss of the package in case of using a virtual address or incorrect address, so please be cautious while filling in the shipping address. The detailed door number should be included to guarantee delivery.
  • Just so you know, customs clearance may be required for shipments to countries and regions other than Germany, and you'll be responsible for handling the process and fees. We do not provide customs clearance services, but our team can help you navigate the process if you have any questions or need guidance.
  • Also, please pay attention to emails about customs clearance from the customs department and respond to provide related files to ensure timely delivery, or else the package may be returned to the sender.

     

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Q: How will my cargo be shipped?

    A: International Express (DHL / EMS / FEDEX / USPS, etc.) and Amazon FBA as our logistics partners to ship Zendure products. They will make certain shipping decision based on their own judgment of what will better serve our customers.

    Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

    A: We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the types of products. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

    Q: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

    A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment details once the product is en route.

    Q: What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

    A: Please contact customer support at support center.

    Q: How many packages will the customer receive after purchasing SolarFlow?

    A: The PV hub and battery unit will be shipped separately.

    If you buy the 1 kWh kit, you will receive 2 packages.

    If you buy the 2 kWh kit, you will receive 3 packages.

    If you buy the 3 kWh kit, you will receive 4 packages.

    If you buy the 4 kWh kit, you will receive 5 packages.

    These can be delivered simultaneously or individually. If you have not received all packages within one week, please contact us.
