1. Lowest SOC and sleep mechanism: When the battery level is as low as 5%, AIO Pro 1200 will automatically stop discharging. If the photovoltaic power generation is insufficient, the battery will automatically enter sleep mode; if the photovoltaic power generation is sufficient, it will recharge the battery.
2. Battery self-heating technology: Through this technology, the battery can be charged normally in the cold winter. 2. Phase identification: With this technology, it is unnecessary for an electrician to distinguish whether multiple AIO Pro 1200 devices are on the same phase. If they are on the same phase, they can automatically cluster and be controlled uniformly, saving a great deal of time and cost.

How does the AIO Pro 1200 allocate power to the battery and my home?

You can adjust the AC output power via the Zendure App.
- When the solar power generation exceeds the AC output power you set, AIO Pro 1200 will store the excess in the battery.

How does the AIO Pro 1200 supply power to the household after a power outage?

For safety reasons, the AIO Pro 1200 will stop supplying power to the household after a grid power outage. However, it supports an off-grid operating mode. By purchasing the Zendure off-grid socket and connecting it to the AC interface of the AIO Pro 1200, your household electrical devices can be powered by plugging into this socket.

My solar panel has a power of 210W, which is lower than the recommended 350W-600W, can I use this solar panel to power the AIO Pro 1200?

Yes, if the power of each of your solar panels is small (100W-350W), you can connect 2-3 solar panels in parallel at each set of solar connector. As long as the open circuit voltage (Voc) of each solar panel is between 15-55V, and multiple panels are in parallel, it can be used normally.

What communication methods are available with AIO Pro 1200?

AIO Pro 1200supports three types of communication connections to ensure stable communication:
1. Wi-Fi 2.4GHz & 5GHz, you can choose the most stable frequency band to connect AIO Pro 1200 to the internet.
2. Bluetooth local communication; when there is no Wi-Fi signal, you can get close to AIO Pro 1200 and use the Zendure App to view and control AIO Pro 1200 via Bluetooth.
3. ZenLink, a way of local communication. It can support multiple AIO Pro 1200s to communicate with each other, unaffected by the stability of Wi-Fi connections.

Yes, the AIO Pro 1200 has obtained CERTIFICATION of VDE-AR-N 4105 (Germany) and CERTIFICATION of VFR 2019 (France), allowing it to be plugged directly into standard household sockets.
