Yes, Zendure battery can be used normally in winter. Please refer to the second Q&A for precautions during use. However, please noted that our AB1000 battery should not be used in combination with other models of battery in winter.
Below are some warm tips for our battery usage in winter:
First of all, we strongly advise against the simultaneous use of your AB1000 with other battery models or with battery models of other brands/supplier than Zendure under 0°C as it may cause damage to your batteries.
If you own AB1000 batteries only:
1. Please store your AB1000 in environments with temperatures exceeding 10°C.
2. If you simultaneously own our Hyper 2000 or Ace 1500, please adjust the
SOC of your AB1000 at above 30%.
3. If you don't have our Hyper 2000 and Ace 1500, please adjust the SOC of your AB1000 at above 50% through Hub 1200 or Hub 2000.
If you own our Hyper 2000 or Ace 1500, but do not own the AB1000 battery:
1. Please adjust the SOC of your batteries at above 30% through Hyper 2000 or Ace 1500.
2. Please store the batteries you own in environments with temperatures exceeding 10°C.
If you neither own our AB1000 batteries, nor our Hyper 2000 and Ace 1500:
1. Please adjust the SOC of your batteries at above 50% through Hub 1200/Hub 2000.
2. Please store the batteries you own in environments with temperatures exceeding 10°C.
